Essential Brew

Backdated post
After buying Zhenni's present together with Susan on Tuesday, i brought her to Essential Brew at Holland V for some tea. The last time i went there i didn't get a chance to sit on their 'tatami' style table which i really liked, so this time i was quite keen. Sitting on the floor just gives it a more cosy feeling, like you know more comfortable than sitting upright and you just don't have the 'at-home' feel. When you get to sit casually on the floor, you can talk there for ages and not feel tired or like, hmm shall we leave this place? Definitely a good place for chilling with friends.

not liking her minty tea very much :>)
For some of you that do not know, i am currently teaching 2 jap kids english as a part-time job. I somehow find great satisfaction and enjoyment from this job, and seeing the 2 kids enjoy their lessons and learning makes me feel so happy. Even though a few have been telling me that i am getting under-paid, i still don't wish to stop teaching them because of that. Furthermore, they are a japanese family so they are really polite and treat you with very kind hospitality. Even if i were to get a full-time job in the future, i would really still like to hold on to this part-time stint. Somehow i find my passion is in teaching, but yet i am unsure if i will be able to take the stress if i were to become a school teacher. Whatever it is, i will leave it to the Lord to light up my path to guide my way.
