Elephant and Wheelbarrow

Chilled at a Britsh Pub with huey today called The Elephant and Wheelbarrow. The name is so cute right? When she told me the name i was like half interested already, cause the name of the place makes me curious to know how it looks like. Anyways, the outside of the pub looks like this.

The interior of the pub was mainly had a british setting with red flowery cushion seats(i love cushion seats!) and wooden chairs you might see in those olden days english movie. Too dark inside so i couldn't take much pictures. Well, i finally managed to finish a cup of beer by myself and surprisingly, i enjoyed it! Huey asked the waiter to reccommend a beer that was not too strong in taste and not too bitter as well and boy was his reccommendation good! I could barely taste the horrid bitter taste but more of the wheat element. Its called hanh super dry or something, i cannot remember.

After that my cam died on me, so i had to use my lousy 2mp handphone cam, so picture quality super bad. Anyways, after the beer, huey wanted more beer but i wanted something else. I saw something like Strawberry champange on the menu and the waiter for kind enough to let us try some. Very interesting indeed, champange with a tinge of strawberry smell and taste.To taste strawberry in champagne simply made the drink more special.

Yoke Huey's new beer had some sort of cider in it. A little sip tasted special, but to drink the whole cup will make it very "gelat". But as usual, she finished everything, she is an alcoholic!Haha. I guess what made the time spend there worth it was the company; spent a good 2-3 hours just talking to each other. It's not a sleazy place and rather quiet as well so a pretty conducive environment to chill with friends. Will definitely go back again = )
